Lancashire Service Finder toolkit

Introduction  

The Lancashire Service Finder is a free online directory developed by Lancashire County Council. It brings together information about groups and services in Lancashire into one easy-to-use tool.  

The directory can be used by anyone and includes a wide range of services, such as health, care, wellbeing and community groups, as well as support for children and families including SEND providers and Family Hubs. 

The Service Finder makes it easier for people to access support and help professionals signpost residents to the right services.  

As one of our key partners, you can help us promote the Lancashire Service Finder and share our key messages. In doing so, you’ll be supporting people to find what they need, whether that’s residents, volunteers, community groups, families, businesses or other organisations and professionals. You’ll also be helping us to grow the directory, which will make it even more beneficial to those who use it.

Lancashire County Council has created the Lancashire Service Finder to help residents and professionals across the county easily find and access services to support their needs. 

New services, community groups and organisations are being added to the Service Finder all the time, covering health, care and wellbeing. There is also support for families and children, including those with Special Educational Needs.  

If your service has not already registered on the Lancashire Service Finder and you feel it will benefit the people of Lancashire, we encourage you to do so. It will make the directory as helpful as possible to those who access it.
