My Psychological Wellness provides compassionate, person-centred counselling and psychotherapy for adults, children and young people across Preston, Penwortham and Lancashire.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where clients can explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, emotional wellbeing, stress, domestic abuse recovery and life transitions. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, recognising that every individual has unique experiences, strengths and needs.
With over 20 years' experience supporting children, young people and families, I am passionate about helping people build resilience, improve emotional wellbeing and develop healthier coping strategies. Sessions are tailored to each person, empowering clients to gain greater self-awareness, confidence and psychological wellbeing.
I offer both face-to-face and online therapy, making support accessible and flexible. Whether you are seeking help for yourself, your child or a family member, I provide a warm, supportive environment where positive change and personal growth can take place.
Areas of support include anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, emotional regulation, children's mental health, adolescent wellbeing, relationship issues, stress management and recovery from adverse life experiences.
