Thrive Hub - Level Up Community
Supporting people in Fleetwood and surrounding area around substance misuse, offending and reoffending, homelessness, addiction, mental health and multiple complex needs.
Level Up has been working in the community for more than two years and has recently found a new home within the Thrive Hub based within the old hospital. The Thrive Hub is a new community space funded by the Thrive Network for community services to reach the most vulnerable people.

Level Up Community currently runs on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Our support is personalised and can range from making an appointment or supporting people attending them, collecting them from prison and helping them with applications for housing and benefits or any support recognised or they have asked for personally. Free food parcels are provided to take home.
We support anyone within the Wyre area however we would not turn anyone away if they were looking for recovery support or were in recovery.

- Mental health support for anyone who is registered at the Mount View Practice
