The group is run by trained breastfeeding peer supporters with up‑to‑date infant feeding knowledge, offering friendly, non‑judgemental support with all aspects of feeding your baby, whether you are breastfeeding, combination feeding, expressing or bottle‑feeding.

Expect a relaxed, drop‑in style online session where you can access evidence‑based information about breastfeeding and infant feeding, connect with other local parents in a supportive virtual environment, ask questions, share experiences and receive personalised support.
