Milton Lodge Rest Home is situated in a quiet residential area of Fleetwood. The home is convenient for a short stroll to the local shops, the market or to the sea front.

The home provides long-term, short-term and respite care for 21 residents in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where they are treated with dignity, respect and compassion at all times.

The team use a digital care planning tool to create person-centred care plans for each resident. The care plans are tailored to their individual needs and interests and take into account their social and cultural preferences.

Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms and can have a say in the décor to ensure that they feel at home. The home has two spacious lounges where residents can socialise and watch television. Residents can enjoy the fresh air and good weather in the home’s rear garden which is furnished with garden tables and chairs. A sunny decking area, which can be accessed directly from the dining room or the garden, has been added to the home.

Residents can enjoy an active social life thanks to the busy activities programme. This includes crafts, quizzes, discussion groups, trips out and entertainment.

A choice of menu is available at each freshly-prepared meal. Special diets can be catered for.
