One Fylde
One Fylde is a leading charity and social care provider supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities and or autism across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre. Rooted in the values of inclusivity, respect, openness, flexibility and enabling practice, the organisation empowers more than 200 individuals to live meaningful, independent and fulfilling lives.
Its core work spans four main service streams: supported living, outreach support, enterprises and activities, and housing provision. Supported living enables people to live safely and confidently in shared or single‑tenancy homes with tailored assistance. Outreach support provides flexible help for people living alone or with families, fostering independence in day‑to‑day life. One Fylde also runs a vibrant programme of activities and social enterprises, offering creative, vocational and community‑based opportunities (café) that build skills, confidence and wellbeing.
The organisation employs more than 380 staff members dedicated to delivering person‑centred support that reflects each individual’s hopes, choices and goals. Its purpose is to ensure every person connected to One Fylde -those supported, their families, staff and partners - feels valued, respected and able to live their best lives.
Registered with the Care Quality Commission and operating from its main base at Libra House in Blackpool, One Fylde continues to innovate through community partnerships, creative projects like Tune‑Ability and Voices of One Fylde, and a commitment to social value and inclusion. Through high‑quality care, meaningful opportunities and a culture of empowerment, One Fylde plays a vital role in strengthening local communities and championing the rights and aspirations of people with disabilities.
