The Feel Good Suite at Pendle Leisure Centre is designed to increase mobility, strength, movement and mind through power-assisted movement and exercise machines.
Our Feel Good Suite is a 40-minute exercise circuit of 12 machines that work the full body. The machines are designed to enable movement, promote strength and also relaxation where a traditional gym is not suitable.
This provides a quiet, SEND-friendly environment for juniors and a great place to start to keep fit and move well with the help from our instructors.
