Our ten-bed residential mental health service provides high quality, person centred care for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
The service is designed to offer a safe, supportive and homely environment where individuals and empowered to develop skills, build confidence and achieve thier personal goals.
We pride ourselves on delivering flexible levels of support rangeing from full 24hr assistance to more independant living arrangements depending on each persons assessed needs and prefferences. Support plans are regularly reviewed and tailored, promoting choice, dignity and independance while ensuring appropriate clinical and emotional support is always available.
Our experienced multidisaplinary team works collaborativley with individuals, families and external professionals to support recovery, social inclusion and wellbeing. Our service encourages community engagement and skill development, helping people to move towards greater independance and thier own pace.
