Anxiety UK
Anxiety UK is a charity run by and for people with anxiety. Established in 1970, the organisation provides a range of information and support services for people affected by anxiety disorders including:
- 24/7 self-care information line
- One-to-one talking therapies - CBT, EMDR, counselling, clinical hypnotherapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), in person, by telephone and online
- Peer-led anxiety support groups
- Peer-led 'TAUK to us' one-to-one telephone information and advice service
- Therapist-led structured anxiety management courses
- Workplace training courses and workshops on anxiety
- Podcast series - And Breathe...Welcome to Calm Club
- Webinars and blogs on anxiety disorders
- TherapGuide® tools to help you select the therapy type right for you
- Membership scheme offering access and discounts to a range of services including therapy and courses, anxiety support groups, And Relax... members' monthly digital magazine.
