Jewel Home Support (Lancs) Ltd is a trusted domiciliary care provider delivering high-quality home care services across Lancashire. Our aim is to support people to remain living safely, comfortably and independently within their own homes while receiving compassionate, professional care tailored to their individual needs.
We provide personalised care for adults aged 18 and over, including older people, individuals living with dementia, physical disabilities, mental health needs and those requiring support following illness or hospital discharge. Our experienced care staff work closely with each person, their families and health and social care professionals to develop care plans that respect personal routines, cultural preferences and individual goals.
Our services include assistance with personal care such as washing, dressing and continence support, medication assistance, meal preparation, mobility support and help with daily living activities. We also provide companionship, welfare checks and practical support with tasks such as shopping and light household duties. In addition, Jewel Home Support offers specialised support including dementia care, complex care, end-of-life care and overnight care where required.
We work in partnership with local authorities, the NHS and families to ensure coordinated, safe and responsive care. Services can be funded privately, through local authority funding, or via Direct Payments, depending on individual circumstances.

Visit Type Typical Time Band Description of Support Breakfast Visit (Morning Call) 7am to 9.30am Morning personal care, washing, dressing, toileting support, medication prompts, breakfast preparation and supporting the person to start their day safely. Lunch Visit (Midday Call) 11.30am – 2pm Preparation of lunch, hydration support, medication prompts if required, toileting support, mobility assistance and general wellbeing checks. Tea Visit (Evening Meal Call) 3.30pm – 6.30pm Preparation of evening meal, support with eating and drinking, medication prompts, continence support and ensuring the person is comfortable for the evening. Bed Visit (Night Call) 7pm – 10pm Support with personal care, changing into nightwear, toileting, continence care, medication prompts, ensuring the home is safe and the individual is comfortable for the night. -
