Lancashire Mind Low-Cost Therapy Service

Contact Details

Provider:

Lancashire Mind

Lancashire Mind’s @Therapies service offers accessible, affordable mental health support tailored to individual needs. We provide both counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), helping people experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges find the right approach to support their wellbeing and personal goals.

You can choose to work with either an experienced trainee therapist or a qualified therapist. Sessions with trainee therapists, who are completing their training through local universities and are fully supported within our service, are available at a reduced rate of £30 per session, which is around half the average cost of private therapy. For those who would prefer to work with a qualified therapist, we offer CBT and counselling for £45 per session.

All therapy sessions are delivered online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, allowing clients to access support from the comfort, privacy and convenience of home. Our sessions are delivered weekly, as this helps us to manage our service and allow people to begin therapy without lengthy waiting times.

As an Organisational Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), Lancashire Mind is committed to delivering safe, ethical and person-centred support.

Our mission is to provide high-quality therapy that is both affordable and responsive to your needs, helping you take positive steps towards better mental health and emotional wellbeing.
