Mediline Supported Living
Mediline offers a broad range of care and support services to a diverse group of people who need additional support to live in the community. We pride ourselves on delivering personalised care and support which is safe, caring and responsive to the needs of the people we support.
Our services are delivered to people with a wide range of care and support needs, including:
- Person-centred community outreach support for those aged 17 and over
- Learning disabilities
- Physical disabilities
- Mental health needs
- Acquired brain injury
- Autistic spectrum disorders
- Frail and elderly
- Dual diagnosis and/or complex needs
We are currently working with local authorities, the NHS and personal budget holders receiving Direct Payments and providing our services to more than 400 people. We employ 500 people to deliver our services to customers across the north-west
In Lancashire we offer extra care accommodation for adults aged over 18 who have a physical disability. We offer supported living for people aged over 18 and person-centred community support for people over 17.

Referral Details
We accept direct referrals for self-funders through our website, or you can email for more information.
Most referrals are for people who have had an assessment of need and are usually referred to us through social services or health teams. -
