West Lancs Dial a Ride

West Lancashire Dial a Ride is a Community Transport service for residents of the borough of West Lancashire. We have been providing essential door-to-door transport for those who cannot access public services, for over 30 years using our familiar red and white minibuses. More recently we have been using volunteer driven private cars as well.

Dial a Ride is a membership service. There is a small annual subscription and joining is easy. We charge fares for all our journeys. As Dial a Ride is a not-for-profit society we only need to cover our costs so we can keep our fares as low as possible. Journeys must be pre-booked. Remember, all our services are door-to-door: we will call for you and return you to your front door!
