Lancashire Autism Peer and Self-Advocacy Support

The service is called LAPSS (Lancashire Autism Peer and Self-Advocacy Service) we are funded by Lancashire County Council to facilitate and support peer and self-advocacy groups for autistic adults and those awaiting diagnosis across Lancashire.

We offer advice
and support through groups, to access information to help you make your own choices and decisions about things that matter to you and that affect your life. We can also do some limited one-to-one work with people. For example, support someone to write a letter to their GP about reasonable adjustments they need.
