PATH - Parent and Carer Support
Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when your child is struggling with their mental health. You don't have to face this alone.
As part of Key's commitment to supporting families across Lancashire, our peer support groups bring together parents and carers who share similar experiences of supporting children and young people facing emotional health challenges.
These groups are part of project know as Peer Advice to Transform Health and wellbeing (PATH) and are aimed at parents and carers across Lancashire who are supporting children and young people experiencing:
- Anxiety and panic attacks
- Low mood and depression
- Self-harm behaviours
- Sleep problems and nightmares
- Obsessions and compulsions (OCD-type behaviours)
- Neurodevelopmental differences and associated challenges
You don't need a diagnosis for your child, and you don't need to be in crisis to attend. Whether you're looking for advice, emotional support, or just connection with others who understand, you're welcome.
What to Expect
