Special Olympics Fylde Football (Learning Disabilities)
New inclusive football club is starting on March 24, 2025 at Kirkham Grammar School in Summerlee Hall. The club is close to being fully accredited as a Special Olympics GB club and is being formed in partnership with AFC Fylde.
Despite not yet being fully accredited with Special Olympics GB, we are following all SOGB guidelines on eligibility, registration, safeguarding and standards of training.
Special Olympics Great Britain (GB) is a non-profit organisation and largest provider of year-round sports training and athletic competition in summer and winter sports for children and adults of ALL abilities with learning disabilities.
Our club is focused on offering football coaching for those aged 10-18 from the Fylde area who have a learning disability.

IMPORTANT: While registration is not required at this time, we are grateful of potential athletes and parents to reach out to confirm attendance beforehand so we can also check eligibility.

As our club is accredited with Special Olympics there will be an annual fee of £10 per athlete to register. -
