The Hennessy Partnership operates Leyland Lodge, a specialist complex care mental health service designed to support adults with severe and enduring mental health needs. Located in a safe, therapeutic residential setting, the service provides person-centred care for individuals who require structured support to stabilise their mental health and develop greater independence.

Leyland Lodge offers a highly supportive environment for people experiencing complex conditions such as psychosis, personality disorders, trauma-related difficulties and other long-term mental health challenges. The service is designed to support individuals who may have experienced multiple hospital admissions or who require a step-down pathway from secure or inpatient settings.

The team at Leyland Lodge includes experienced mental health professionals, support workers and clinical specialists who work collaboratively to deliver holistic care. Each resident receives a tailored support plan focused on recovery, wellbeing and personal goals. Support may include emotional and psychological support, medication management, daily living skills development and assistance with community engagement.
