Creative Support Chorley
Creative Support are a not-for-profit national care and support provider with a range of services across Lancashire for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
In Chorley we provide four supported living services for 13 individuals with learning disabilities. These services have a 24-hour presence on site and individual hours can be offered catered to individuals who may have varying levels of needs. At these services we provide a range of support such as help with daily living tasks and assisting individuals in accessing the community.
In Chorley we also provide a Mental Health Supported accommodation service for six individuals, at this service we provide a range of support and support packages vary. We also currently provide an outreach service in Chorley for 11 individuals with mental health needs and autism. At these services we offer support with medication, daily finances and support in the community.
