Progress Lifeline is an award-winning personal alarm and telecare services provider with more than 30 years' experience, delivering telecare services to both commissioners and private pay customers.

We support more than 65,000 customers every day to live independently in their own homes. Services include:
  • referral management
  • assessment
  • installation
  • 24 hour/365 days-a-year telecare mointoring
  • emergency home response services (area specific)
  • assisted lifting services
  • maintenance and decommissioning of services  

Our corporate customers include housing associations, local authorities, the NHS and retirement living properties.

We work to the high standards and targets set by the TEC Services Association (TSA), with whom we have been accredited since 2006.

Progress Lifeline is part of Progress Housing Group, a government regulated and not-for-profit social housing provider with an industry reputation for excellence.

    Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

    Various charges for private pay customers dependant on service, for commissioners this would be through discussions depending on requirements.
