Creative Support are a not-for-profit national care and support provider with a range of services across Lancashire for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
In Fleetwood we provide one service for four individuals with learning disabilities. These services have a 24-hour presence on site and individual hours can be offered catered to individuals who may have varying levels of needs. At these services we provide a range of support such as help with daily living tasks including medication and accessing community activities.
