Guiding Star Home Help and Support provides home help directly to the people of Chorley.

We are a small, local team and are led by a dementia specialist. Our highly-trained staff have worked in clinical end-of-life care and dementia care for almost two decades now and have masses of experience. We now offer non-clinical care to people who need help and early intervention in their own homes.

We can help with housework, home DIY, pet care, meal preparation, planning and shopping, medication, activities and outings, symptom management and all areas of holistic practical and emotional support that keep you happy and well at home.

We pride ourselves on stepping away from the traditional care model and plugging the gaps people find in standard care companies.
