Creative Support Preston Mental Health Services

Creative Support are a not-for-profit national care and support provider with a range of services across Lancashire for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

In Preston we provide two mental health supported accommodation services for 19 individuals with mental health needs.

One of these services is comprised of four flats and five bedrooms with an en-suite, and a communal facilities such as a laundry, lounge, kitchen and garden.

The service provides support to nine individuals with low-level mental health needs. It also offers two hours of one-to-one housing related support per individual, and additional background support, with the option for this support to be topped up if required by the individual.

At our other service in Preston we support 10 individuals with complex mental health needs with varying support packages.

This service is comprised of 10 bedrooms with an en-suite and communal facilities such as a lounge, kitchen, laundry and garden. The service provides 16 hours of support weekly, including one-to-one and background support. Additional hours can be provided on an individual basis if required.
