Creative Support are a not-for-profit national care and support provider with a range of services across Lancashire for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
In Preston we provide two supported living services for four individuals with learning disabilities. These services have a 24-hour presence on site and individual hours can be offered catered to individuals who may have varying levels of need. At these services we provide a range of support such as help with daily living tasks and helping individuals access the community.
