Welcome to West Paddock Family Hub And The Zone! We’re here to support you and your family at every stage of life—from pregnancy right through to age 19, or up to 25 if your child has special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).

Our service offers early help with a wide range of issues that might affect your family. We work with trusted partners like the NHS and schools to make sure you get the right support, in the right place, at the right time. Whether you're expecting a baby, dealing with teenage challenges, or supporting a child with SEND, we're here for you. Our goal is to help families make lasting changes that improve wellbeing and quality of life and our team includes skilled professionals who are committed to understanding your needs and helping you find the right support to reach your goals.
