Making Space - Limes Place (Argyle Street)
Supporting adults aged 18 and over with assessed care needs - including individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and long-term health conditions - Limes Place is a purpose-built development of 11 one-bedroom apartments.
We provide flexible, person-centred support tailored to each resident’s needs, with a minimum of 14 hours of one-to-one support per week. This can range from daily wellbeing checks to several hours of support each day. Our team supports residents with personal care, medication management, developing daily living skills, promoting social inclusion, managing finances such as paying bills and handling correspondence.
A dedicated on-site support team is available 24/7 and can be contacted at any time via the intercom system installed in each apartment, ensuring residents feel safe and supported around the clock.
In addition, residents receive regular visits from a Housing Officer who supports them in maintaining their tenancy. The Housing Officer also assists with the tenancy sign-up process and provides guidance with housing benefit applications.
Limes Place aims to empower residents to live as independently as possible while ensuring they have access to the right level of care and support to meet their individual needs.
