Advanced Homecare is a family-run domiciliary care provider supporting adults across the Fylde and Wyre communities. Our service is built on kindness, honesty, respect and safety, with a strong focus on person centred care that helps people remain independent in their own homes. We work in partnership with individuals, families and health professionals to deliver flexible, reliable support that promotes dignity, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

We hold a contracted provider agreement with Lancashire County Council as a preferred provider and we also work closely with the NHS to deliver commissioned care packages. This reflects our commitment to high quality standards and our trusted reputation within local health and social care services.

Our experienced carers provide a wide range of home care services including personal care, medication administration, safe mobility support, meal preparation, companionship, and help with day to day tasks. Every care plan is tailored to individual routines and preferences so that support always feels personal and consistent.

Quality and safeguarding are central to everything we do. We have dedicated champions in areas such as dementia, medication, infection control and nutrition to ensure our staff receive ongoing training and guidance. To strengthen communication and transparency, we use secure digital care planning systems which keep records up to date and give clients and families greater reassurance and visibility over the care being delivered.
