Oaklands
Oaklands nursing and care home is for 30 people aged 18 to 65. We help to manage conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Huntington's, motor neurone disease (MND), progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), Parkinson's, stroke, diabetes, peg feeding, nasogastric feeding, tracheostomy care, catheter care, cerebral palsy, learning difficulties and care for people approaching the end of their life.
We complete daily activities chosen by the people we support to enhance their lives.
