Right at Home East Lancashire and Ribble Valley is a Care Quality Commission-regulated, public-facing home care service providing high-quality, person-centred support to adults across East Lancashire and the Ribble Valley. Our aim is to support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes, while promoting dignity, choice and wellbeing.

We offer flexible, tailored care packages to meet individual needs, from short visits to ongoing support. Our services include personal care, companionship, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance, dementia care, respite for family carers and support for people living with long-term health conditions. Live-in care is also available for individuals requiring more intensive one-to-one support.

Alongside regulated care services, we actively engage with our local communities by delivering wellbeing and preventative initiatives, including falls prevention advice, social connection activities and inclusive community events aimed at reducing loneliness and isolation.

Our CareGivers are carefully recruited, trained and supported to deliver compassionate, reliable care that reflects each individual’s preferences, routines and goals. We work closely with families, health professionals and local partners to ensure coordinated, responsive care.
