Angel Mount Care Home

The service aims to provide high-quality, safe, and effective care that supports people to achieve the best possible quality of life. We specialise in delivering nursing care and support for adults, including those aged 65 and over, who require diagnostic and/or screening services as part of their care. Care is planned and delivered in a person-centred way, based on individual needs, choices, and preferences.

People using the service are actively involved in decisions about their care and support, with appropriate involvement from relatives, friends, and healthcare professionals. The service is committed to promoting dignity, independence, equality, and respect within a homely and welcoming environment.

The home is registered with the Care Quality Commission to accommodate up to 39 male or female adults. It provides nursing, residential, specialist dementia, learning disability, and day care services. The home operates a no-smoking policy, with designated smoking areas provided, and maintains a safe environment that supports wellbeing and independence.
